Matt and Alexa’s friends and family flew in from all over the country to join them for their destination wedding in Palm Beach, Florida. We wanted to give them a fun, tropical-inspired welcome dinner as a way to get the wedding energy started! This welcome dinner took place at WPB Lake Pavilion in West Palm Beach, just a short distance to their wedding hotel The Ben Autograph Collection.
Branded coconut drinks, monogrammed napkins and drink flags, and custom signage really personalized the night. Wedding schedules, maps, hotel door signs, and more were handed out as well. The night ended in an impromptu dance party, which is very reflective of the fun, warm enery Matt, Alexa, and their family bring to any event!
